Fees, Rebates and FAQ’s

Consultation Fees

Our standard sessions run for 50 minutes and are available both in-person and via Telehealth, whatever feels most comfortable for you.

Our consultation fees are as follows:

  • Standard Session: $250

  • After Hours Session: $280

We aim for service accessibility by ensuring our fees remain below the recommended fee of $318+ as set out by Australian Psychology Society (APS) and the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi).

Medicare Rebates

If you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan and referral from your GP, you may be eligible a Medicare rebate of $98.95 for up to 10 sessions each calendar year.

Medicare rebates are processed after full payment of the consultation has been made.

Please note that cancellation fees are not eligible for a Medical rebate.

Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment, your clinician sets aside the full hour just for you. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we do our best to be flexible, while also ensuring others on our waiting list have the opportunity to access support.

Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

  • Between 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the session fee

  • Non-attendance (no notice): 100% of the session fee
