We aim for service accessibility by ensuring our fees remain below the recommended fee of $311 as set out by Australian Psychology Society (APS) and the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi).
Our fees are as follows:
Standard 50 Minute Session: $220
A Medicare rebate of $96.65 is available for those that have GP referral and Mental Health Care Plan. Rebates are processed after full payment has been made.

We request a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours notice, or in the case of non-attendance, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the session fee.
Appointments which are cancelled within the 24 to 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the session total.
Please note that cancellation fees are not eligible for Medicare rebates.

No, you do not need a doctor’s referral in order to see a psychologist.
However, if you wish to claim a Medicare rebate ($96.65 per session), you will need to see your GP and obtain a valid Mental Health Care Plan for psychology sessions prior to your first appointment.

Yes, if you are self-managed.
We are only taking self-managed NDIS clients due to administrative limitations. In this instance, the client is required to pay the amount owing and present their NDIS management with a copy of their receipt in order to be reimbursed.

No, unfortunately we don’t work with Work Cover due to administrative limitations.

Yes! Once full payment is made you will be able to use the receipt to claim through your private health insurance.
