Our areas of focus
-
Trauma isn’t just what happens to us; it’s also how our mind and body respond when something overwhelming, scary, or deeply painful happens. This could be a single event like an accident or assault, or ongoing experiences like childhood neglect or emotional abuse. Even long after the event, your nervous system might still be reacting like the danger is happening right now. This can affect your emotions, your body, your relationships, and how you see yourself.
-
Anxiety and panic are natural responses to stress or danger. They’re part of how our brains and bodies keep us safe. But sometimes, these responses become too intense or show up when there’s no real threat. Both anxiety and panic can affect your thoughts, body, relationships, and ability to function. The good news is that anxiety and panic are common, and with the right support (like therapy), they can also be very treatable.
-
Being neurodiverse in a neurotypical world can be exhausting. Whether you’re navigating sensory sensitivities, social relationships, executive functioning challenges, or the impact of masking, we’re here to help.

People can experience grief in response to a range of different losses. Experiences such as the death of a loved one, a relationship break-up, the loss of a job or the death of a pet can all lead to grief reactions. If you’re struggling following a loss you don’t have to do it alone.
-
Our mental health is a spectrum, one that we all sit on and move up and down throughout life. We also provide support with:
Perfectionism
Low self-esteem
Supporting adjustment and life transitions
Managing daily stress
Working through relationship difficulties
Seeking clarification around life decisions
“You’re not too late, or lost, or broken”
YOU’RE JUST FINALLY SAFE ENOUGH TO BEGIN.
